According to Proarándanos, Peru exported a cumulative 33,275 tonnes of blueberries by the end of week 30 of the 2026/27 season, representing a 91% increase compared to the same period of the 2025/26 season. During week 30 alone, exports totaled 6,491 tonnes.

The United States remains the leading destination for Peruvian blueberry shipments, receiving 13,684 tonnes, equivalent to 41% of total export volume and a 184% increase compared to the previous season.

Europe ranks second with 7,355 tonnes (22% share), posting a 135% increase. It is followed by Other destinations with 5,403 tonnes (16%) and China with 5,395 tonnes (16%).

By production region, La Libertad accounts for the largest export volume with 15,982 tonnes (48%), followed by Ica and Lambayeque, each representing 18% of the cumulative total.

In the U.S. market, the Sekoya Pop variety accounts for 35% of shipments, followed by Rosita (14%), Eureka Sunrise (11%) and Magica (8%). In Europe, Sekoya Pop also leads the varietal mix with a 35% share, followed by Emerald (12%) and Biloxi (10%).
